How do I create a Cleaning House Account?

On your very first book of services an account is automatically created for you.  Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively you can create and log into your account at this link https://cleaninghouse.launch27.com/login/

Do you service my area?

If you’re within the Washington DC Metro area, absolutely.  If we can reach your home within one hour of Washington DC, you’re in for the cleaning of your life.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning is like most deep clean and takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment.  Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.  We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service

How much will it cost?

Our prices are based price with no hidden fees and are based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you select. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our own all natural powerful cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.  Most companies offer green cleaning services as a second resort, but we only have all natural cleaning products that leave your home safer as the first resort.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

How do I log into my account?

How do I change my password?

You can submit a password change request on the customer login page.

How do I change my address?

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively you can can give us a call and we will update your address for you

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account and update your card on file.  Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively you can give us a call if there are any issues at all

Pricing & Policies

How do I refer a friend?

Log into your account and get your referral id.  Share this with friends and if a friend books through your referral id, your friend automatically gets a $25 discount and you earn a $25 referral reward that can be applied to future bookings.

How can I view my Cleaning House Gift Cards?

Log into your account at https://cleaninghouse.launch27.com/login and you will see any outstanding giftcards and respective balances. In addition, you can see any referral rewards you have earned for referring a friend.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking.  Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance.  At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

Why my voucher doesn’t work?

Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Give us a call or email if you have any questions.

How do I redeem a voucher I bought?

You enter your code directly on the booking form and it will take effect during checkout. If you have any issues give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.

What is arrival time guarantee?

We provide an arrival time with a one hour window. This allows us to deal with the unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other surprises. We want to set the right expectation and not keep you waiting in any capacity.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

We are a #1 trusted provider. All of our maids are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check and are Cleaning House certified. Cleaning House Maids under it’s parent company Cleaning House, LLC is licensed, bonded and insured to provide cleaning services safely.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We never want anything to go wrong for our beloved customers, but if something goes wrong we’re here to make it all right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it no matter what.  That’s our promise to you.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. Our first level of security is our booking page which is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security.  Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).  Rest assured we take security very very seriously!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes they do.  We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We always aim to WOW our customers the first time and if you’re not satisfied with our cleaning then we’ll reschedule with you to send our a team to re-clean, and if you’re still not satisfied enough to even recommend us to your friends then we’ll give a 100% refund.

What is your refund policy?

If our cleaning is not done to your satisfaction, please let us know immediately. We’ll reschedule with you to send a team back out to make it right. If you’re still not happy with our cleaning then we’ll provide a full refund.
